We had a debate about the title long back, as I came to know about the blog first thing came into my mind is to post the same. It would be nice if this topic gets some more inputs.........

There is nothing exists beyond us. Darkness nothing is our starting and ending point anything and everything came from nowhere and gonna go nowhere. Through evolution(self) we got birth in the final stage and no more evolution is possible physically beyond this. We all are extended branches of a single tree we are no way separated. The cycle will get completed for sure no matter of time but one day or other you need to exit where you entered. This all happens of self and it drives it own. Monkey tried itself to walk in 2 legs and become man, Bhuddha tried himself and got enlightened, no miracles will happen unless you do t. Due to the physical unfitness life ends before the cycle ends, in previous evolutions all; no one had sense to know it but now in this human nature, you can decide anything now, Bhuddha, Mahavir, Jesus, Nabi, Vivekandhan, Osho decided to use the birth to reach the goal ; Billgates, Vijay Malliah, Lakshmi mittal may take 1000 lacs years or one day to decide it.
Wen u n me gonna decide???? LOVE is the gateway wen it becomes our nature not a habit u r near the exit!!! Don't waste the most valuable time in searching the god outside in temple and church, its u know t first reach home fast!!!!

I agree that there is only one religion - that is Humanism - and it s a way of Life !! But at the same time, In the course of Life, Its also necessary to know who are we. Yes . We are God. Godliness blooms depending on our thoughts, words & actions !!
Again, Only Human mind can think of God - that is the source of all the creations - history of our existence & only Mind can think of what for we have come here. So no question that comes out of this novel evolved artistic piece "MIND" is stupid.
Of course every1 should ask this question. Only a question can lead to answer. Only answers lead to Clarity of thoughts. Only Clarity leads to Peace. Only Peace leads to Ecstasy !! So the quest should be there.
If Human is the evolved species since the ages long time back, then what is the evolution that happened in humans. ? From the animals to humans, its the Mind which is the evolved one. Then what would be evolution of human or Mind. ?
Here is the answer - the next evolution of the mind is to merge with the consciousness. that is when the mind has realized ITSELF that is when MIND has known MIND itself - when it has understood the ultimate concept of the origin of MIND or the source of MIND - that s Enlightenment - this s the last evolution of merging with the source. hence forth there s no more evolution. Bcoz the purpose is done - expansion of limited or fractional consciousness with the Totality or Universal Consciousness !!
This is why birth of human s taking place. Its the birth right of every individual to try understanding & reachin the purpose of LIFE !!
for which religions are a major setback in the process of expansion of MIND. Religionism is a narrow minded perspective that creates divisions & more problems & bias & groupism in de society.

Gr8 point put ahead by Manesh...... Oneness..... The whole universe merges to that one point and connected within each other also by that point which is present in every thing in universe. When this Oneness feeling and understanding comes in every person, there will not be any conflicts. According to my perception & with my experience I write this out in very simple words
God is nothing but the marvelous unimaginable natural phenomenon or the force that has created everything in the universe & by which it has made available a conducive environment for all organisms to evolve, thus making life possible on earth. Fauna, Flora, marine life & human life came into existence only because of this natural phenomenon. This God could have never expected anything back for whatever it has done. I would like to now say that our duty and moral responsibility is to live a life by working for our living by sharing the resources available and also making others live in this world with equality, dignity, love, peace and harmony.(“Let us live and also make others live”).I would rather say it’s useless to talk about “who is god?” rather than understand who we are and why we are here in this world. The world is moving materialistic rather than humanistic. Humans have got the enormous capability of reasoning and understanding which is why we are superior to other organisms, thanks to nature. But we made use of our creativity to give forms to the so called gods and carried out all unethical practices & exploited our own fellow people in the name of god. We created religion and each religion had its own god. Members of one religion had no faith in the gods of other religions. Some religions are monotheistic, and others polytheistic. We categorized our own people into different caste, creed & colour. Do you think this will instigate togetherness & oneness in the minds of the people? I don’t think it can do it! .The religion should seek to improve the individual and the society, the inner self and the outer social environment. It should cater to the development of the humankind & should build a more humane society. Hence I would say there should & can be only one religion that is “Humanism”. I would otherwise say Humanism should be a way of life than as a religion. Hence I would say we are the so called gods and we are the devils. Selfishness, greed & desire make us “devils” and love, compassion, honesty, empathy, concern for others & willingness to help others make us “god”.
I do not want to still extend beyond obviously for the only reason I may bore u ,So above all I would say “Love is God” (Anbe kadavul) .Ultimately love yourself and love others ,that will get to the bottom of all problem and will make the world a better place for the people to live. Hence lead a life by showering your love to your fellow people and always lend your hand for the downtrodden people to come up in their life, as this is how you can add value to your life, indeed it is your ethical and moral responsibility as there nothing beyond us

I am Vanmathy, Kanimozhi's friend. Krishna and Ram know me.... but to rest of you.. lemme introduce myself..
I am doing my Ph.D in Emotional Intelligence in NITIE, Mumbai.
First of all, I appreciate you guyz...for such a nice forum. I am glad to see such ignited minds. I feel happy to join you.. n thank kani for d same. I went trough your perceptions about God.. interesting!!. I would also like to share some of my thoughts here...
who is God..? does he really exist or not..?? if so, where..??? in what form...????
these are the questions that ponder deists, theists and atheists.
let me narrate a story...
when American ship reached the African coast... the African tribals couldnt even see it!! Becoz.. they were not able to perceive it...as memory of such an object was not coded in their brains as they have not seen it any time before. But one individual out of the tribes, observed the disturbance in the sea and could imagine and rationalize it. When he understood the ship..he convinced his counterparts that such an object exists..explained its shape n form. Only then the rest were able to see the ship.
According to psychology, when we dont percieve.. we cannot even imagine ! so my point is.. somebody.. somewhere.. sometimes back... would have percieved God, in a sense of better understanding than the existing reality!! and that has marked the begining of this argument.."Who is God". But down the lane when religions evolved.. some selfish preists have misinterpreted the same in more ritualistic way! What I personally feel is, rather than being theists or atheists..we should be deists to investigate these questions about God. Becoz we the truely learned, younger generation should be able to rationalize the divinity in nature's creation and its orderliness everywhere. I respect this wisdom of nature as God and we should live in unison with nature...here come spirituality..which is free from rituality. This spitituality is all about...
1. inner search about the self-conciousness and knowing how it is a part of the total conciousness. (thats what Buddha, Vivekananda etc preached...)
2. respecting our fellow beings as our own self and enriching humanity as the way to spirituality. (thats how Mother Therasa lived.. )

"GOD"... its worth a topic in only sense tht different ppl ve different perception abt it,so that this godly discussion can be taken to any level of hell and heaven.
but in the first place y do ve need this god thing...?
if this keeps someone in hormony n sense,gives concentration n peace... its grt.. no complaints abt the god or those who says YES,GOD IS HERE.
in this case i rate god and alcohol equally,both does the same thing(guys i think,alcohol does give concentration.. i can feel some support for me.:-) )
but for rest of them,who ve some rationalistic frame of mind should go beyond this...
v were once feared nothing,can kill anything.. food and sex r de only need n want. when ppl started livin in a group,they started killing another group as they lived as clusters.. so obviously they needed something to keep a particular group in shape.. so they gotta fear something inside them...they brought sun,moon,eclipses even rain n some elderly souls.. this worked for a while... but when they learnt how 2 handle fire n studied sun,star n eclipses,SCIENCE born... Now how to make ppl fear....???? a big gang of ppl worked in every pages of history to inject some fear in to human mind.. JESUS came... a simple,rationalistic thinker of that generation,even jesus would ve felt bad if he knew what christianity initially did to the human race... now the gang got the GOD thing, a humanly god... they started saying,its GOD he giveth this world,created sun,star,earth and everything n controls them... but the SCIENCE proved it otherwise.. so for those who tried
to steady the boat with GOD thing gotta deal with SCIENCE..they loved arts,sacrifies,myths,beliefs but not science n truth. the 1st thing they did was destroying science,they killed the facts... galileo, a perfect example... its not ppl who killed him,its pope n de religion ..science n religion grown in great pace but not in hormonic,in exactly opp direction. thatsy if v c GOD in scientific eye,v would not accept it.. GOD s neither a science nor a truth,its just a strong feeling and belief.
science did more good to the human than by the god thing or religion.. u can say,science gave atom bomb,know what, sword n god taken more lives than by a bomb in human history and do u thing ppl ll stop killing if there s no atom bomb??its survival of fittest,with stone or sword or bomb..moreover if t s used in productive way,it ll enrich the standard of human living. so science is the more realistic and rationalistic way to c and perceive god thing.
v r not god..v r the highly evolved species exixting.And evolution may not stop here,v may evolve in to more sophisticated living species to adjust to the change in environment. v may loose some glands n come up with a 7th sense,who knows.... its not god who does t,its nature,n science helps to perceive t in better way. if v say v r god,v r bringin shame on us.. i believe,when scholars say ,"v the god,god s nowhere",its just an counter argument to tackle what the above mentioned gang of ppl did in de history,when science fails to convince them.
when someone says "god exists" .,

God - What urs perception ... its like a taste, smell, & feel... Every individual ve different taste r in other words some group of people ve different feel with other group…. If u consider a perfume r food items some people ll like some brands & some people won like that brand….See perception itself means ur view r idea its not a final thing. Lets start …
I ll go with Mr. Sakthi point along with some of my ideas .In ancient times while our ancestor wanted some discipline with in there circle of people. so the only weapon they had was –“Fear” , so they started injecting to people minds some almighty is there, like sun, fire, moon are gods & if u cross d moral u ll get punished by him. This s way that god got evolved in my perception. Co incidents which rapidly develops they god believers like if some one breaks rules r morals of god which was created by priest of that age & if some one breaks unfortunately he fallen while he walking & bloods comes out of his part of body, then priest & people will start says that “see god is there he punished u”...That time they don ve that much scientific knowledge r people to explain to them to understand fire will come out because of spark affects in stones, Sun & moon will rotates that’s y day time & nite r coming. So they literally believed God.
U guys take v as example we r graduate from one of top college in India, we itself feel sometimes that if any probs r hurting things happens we feel that god s there he only punished for that reason & this reasons (this will be taken as for 80 out of 100 people this in world).
This discussion will go on till u die two community s there, one to say no god with prove in name of science & other to say god s there – he will say simply god only created u to say that god didn’t exist & he only created every thing around u…. As my view be an ATHEIST – GOD EXIST R NOT. Y U PEOPLE WORRYING ABOUT THAT..DO GOOD THINGS, LOVE EVERY ONE, AND MAKE PEOPLE HAPPPY AROUND U, LIFE S SIMPLE ENJOYS D LIFE WITH EVERY ONE.
Note - SEE god believers in this group u guys don get demoralize, as ur god says follow & do good things….. HAPPY HAAPY … I hope it’s not a big blade…….

Co incidents which rapidly develops they god believers like if some one breaks rules r morals of god which was created by priest of that age & if some one breaks unfortunately he fallen while he walking & bloods comes out of his part of body, then priest & people will start says that “see god is there he punished u”...That time they don ve that much scientific knowledge r people to explain to them to understand fire will come out because of spark affects in stones, Sun & moon will rotates that’s y day time & nite r coming. So they literally believed God.
U guys take v as example we r graduate from one of top college in India, we itself feel sometimes that if any probs r hurting things happens we feel that god s there he only punished for that reason & this reasons (this will be taken as for 80 out of 100 people this in world).
This discussion will go on till u die two community s there, one to say no god with prove in name of science & other to say god s there – he will say simply god only created u to say that god didn’t exist & he only created every thing around u…. As my view be an ATHEIST – GOD EXIST R NOT. Y U PEOPLE WORRYING ABOUT THAT..DO GOOD THINGS, LOVE EVERY ONE, AND MAKE PEOPLE HAPPPY AROUND U, LIFE S SIMPLE ENJOYS D LIFE WITH EVERY ONE.
Note - SEE god believers in this group u guys don get demoralize, as ur god says follow & do good things….. HAPPY HAAPY … I hope it’s not a big blade…….

First of all, I am very happy to be a part of this forum. Also i am very thankful to krishna who took initiative to start this forum and given an opportunity to share my views. I think this is the right way to get educated by sharing our views.
As everything start with God. I also want to start with God. when i say everything starts with god i mean every problem is start with god. Using the name of god separation started, that is religion, caste etc... using the name of the god belief started which is utter waste according to me because "What ever we believe is not truth" truth is different from belief. But in our society belief plays a major role, what ever they believe they think it as truth. Which leads to many problem. Also belief is converted to discipline which stopped our thinking, we started to became machine by following the discipline told by someone. So thinking became a sin in our society and we became slave to the society. Also people are conditioned to believe in god. From the childhood they are taught by their parents that god is everything and you should be disciplined otherwise god will punish you. After certain period he/she get conditioned to it and start believing the god without knowing the truth.
God is nowhere.God is within your thoughts. When your thoughts are good. You are human god, whom is visible, touchable and reachable.
